Sign on is at La Pomare at 9am, where you’ll collect your race number & timing chips, you’ll hold on to these for the week.

At 9.30am we’ll divide the riders into 3 groups based on category and tackle the stages in a different order.

Riders will be timed on the stages only but will be required to pedal between them and return to the start after completing all 3 stages (1 run of each) within 2 hours, so you can ride between stages with your mates. Details on the specific stages are below.

We have 2 special stages where permission has been granted to use sections of the cliff paths.   As a condition of using the Cliff Paths we must adhere to the following rules:

  1. No riding of the trail outside the event
  2. Keep to the main trail
  3. All riders must dismount to ascend the steps
  4. Upon encountering a member of the public we must give way (times will be adjusted afterwards, the stage will be fully marshalled)
